DPDP Compliance
This page explains your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), as it applies to your interaction with Sunny Health & Wellness Indian Hub.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data within India. While Sunny Health & Wellness Indian Hub does not collect or store personal data through user registration or forms, we may inadvertently collect limited digital personal data through automated means such as website analytics, server logs, and cookies. This page outlines how we handle such data in compliance with the DPDP Act.
Your Rights Under DPDP
Under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your digital personal data processed by us
- Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to deletion of your digital personal data
- Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated
- Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death
Please note: These rights apply only to data that can be identified as belonging to you.
How We Comply
Sunny Health & Wellness Indian Hub does not maintain a database of personal information. We use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) that operate under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, share, or monetize personal data. Where data is collected automatically, we ensure it is anonymized or aggregated where possible, and we do not retain it longer than necessary for functional or security purposes.
Data We Process
Any digital personal data we may process is limited to:
- IP addresses (anonymized)
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (opt-out available)
This data is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other direct identifier.
Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing of digital personal data is based on legitimate interest — specifically, to ensure website functionality, improve user experience, and maintain security. We do not rely on consent for this limited processing, as it is not used for profiling, targeted advertising, or commercial gain.
